Arbuckle Café Service Update
The dining program is making a few adjustments as we move into the Winter Quarter. When service resumes:
- The café will operate under new hours: 10:30 AM–2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- The deli bar and pizza station will no longer be offered, with pizza returning through special pop-ups
- A 25¢ to-go container charge will be added to support sustainability efforts.
This change is necessary to support the high-quality food and service experience you have come to expect. We appreciate your understanding!

- Stock Exchange, Free Market Grill, Global Entry, Foreign Exchange and the Salad Bar will all continue their offerings.

WHY IS THERE A BAG FEE NOW?
- As part of our long-standing efforts to promote sustainable dining, a 25¢ charge will now be applied to all to-go containers. This small fee helps offset the environmental and operational costs of single-use packaging and supports our broader waste-reduction efforts.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CONTAINER?
- We encourage all guests to consider dining in at the café, where reusable dishware and utensils are utilized.
WILL YOU STILL DO POP-UPS AND OTHER EVENTS?
- Yes! To help ensure that the dining program continues to offer new and exciting food and experiences, we will be implementing special food pop-ups, seasonal menus, and limited-time features throughout the year to keep the dining program dynamic and engaging.
