Thursday came faster this week – thanks Labor Day! – but we’re ready for this week’s Outdoor Barbeque. Join us for Tortas Ahogada, a salsa-drowned sandwich typical of Guadalajara city in the State of Jalisco. Our take on this traditional sandwich will have shredded Mary’s Chicken, shaved Timptations Farm’s Stockton red onions, and Stepladder Ranch avocado on a bolita roll topped with heirloom tomato salsa rojo. Grab a glass of lemonade or iced tea and a spot in the Courtyard, and you’re set!
