Classes are over, finals are being taken, and Commencement is around the corner. It looks like summer has finally arrived!
Join us this Thursday in Town Square from 11:30am to 1:30pm as we head to Guadalajara for a regional favorite: Tortas Ahogados.
This traditional sandwich comes “drowned” in a spicy tomato sauce and we’re serving your choice of shredded pollo rojo or chipotle rubbed portobello in a bolillo roll with Stepladder Ranch avocado, queso cotija, shredded lettuce, and shaved red onion with a side of apple cider coleslaw. Yum!
Grab a plate and tasty beverage, and enjoy lunch under the sun on the Community Court lawn.
