Come celebrate Peachfest!
We are excited to bring you a delicious taste of summer and Chef Jon Sodini has prepared a menu that celebrates this delicious and versatile fruit in both sweet and savory dishes.
From traditional pairings of pork and peaches with specials such as Niman Ranch pork loin with Snow Princess peach mostarda and the “al peachstor”, a peach and achiote-marinated slow-roasted pork shoulder; to more modern takes like the tea-smoked duck and poached peach salad, and grilled peach, chèvre, and chive quiche. Oh, and don’t forget the Suncrest peach cobbler with oatmeal crumble!
